About us
The idea of supporting managers with training and coaching in the current transformation, triggered by digitalization, came from Thorsten Dirks and Jürgen Rösger.
Thorsten Dirks was then president of the German digital association Bitkom. Both connected with Prof. Dr. Armin Heinzl who expanded the industry perspective with academic knowledge. Due to Armin's commitment to the Mannheim Business School, the idea of Executive Education for Digital Transformation and Digital Innovation was integrated into the school from 2016 onwards with the help of its president Prof. Dr. Jens Wüstemann. The Digital Academy@MBS has been a subsidiary of the Mannheim Business School since 2018.
We believe that you always come first. Expand your network, learn from the world‘s best speakers and cases. Our goal is to support you on your transformational journey to become the leader you want to be.
